Spiritual Formation
Growth in our spiritual life is happening all the time as we worship and interact with our faith community, and as we serve others. At Holy Spirit we also host specific opportunities to promote spiritual growth.
For Children
Every week kids are invited to be an active participant in worship. They are also invited to step out, mid-service for Godly Play, a kid-friendly worship experience that prompts spiritual imagination and wonder. Children return to the main service in time for Communion with their families.
For Adults
We regularly offer book studies, film screenings and panel discussions related to current social issues. For 2025 - 26 our focus is on food security. We also offer periodic Bible study classes, devotional resources for the liturgical season, regular Inquirers’ classes for newcomers, retreats and recently we’ve begun a small group for women.
Camp Marshall
Owned by the Diocese of Montana, Camp Marshall is on the shores of glorious Flathead Lake. This well-loved place extends the love of Christ through sacraments, relationships and community, offering camp experiences for school-aged children, youth and families, plus a variety of retreats for adults through the year.
Emmaus Campus Ministry
Emmaus Campus Ministry Is a loving, accepting, inclusive Christian community supporting young adults at the University of Montana. This ministry is supported by the Lutheran Church (ELCA), United Methodist Church, Congregational Church and the Episcopal Church.
