The Rev. Nathaniel Darville
Rector
Father Nate Darville is Rector of Holy Spirit Parish. He graduated from the School of Theology at the University of the South (Sewanee), earned a Master of Sacred Theology degree at Union Theological Seminary in New York City, and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. Father Nate moved to Missoula with his wife and two sons after leading St. Peter's Church in Essex Fells, New Jersey.
In this new ministry at Holy Spirit, Father Nate hopes to "continue the good work of Holy Spirit Parish in spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ to everyone within reach and explore new ways of embodying God's love in a world of constant change and increasing uncertainty."
The Rev. Dorcie Kafka Dvarishkis
Deacon
Dorcie and her family have been woven into parish and community ministries in Missoula for more than three decades. Ordained as a Deacon in 2016, Dorcie serves in our Godly Play, Social Justice Prayer, and Social Concerns programs, and as a Faith Outreach Team member with the Missoula Interfaith Collaborative. Her joy and baked goods frequent our gatherings.
Judy Parock
Parish Administrator
Now in her 43rd year of service, Judy Parock has spent a lifetime at Holy Spirit. Baptized here as a one‑year‑old, she grew up in a parish woven into her family’s milestones. Judy treasures the privilege of accompanying parishioners through moments of great joy and deep sorrow, and continues to serve this community with gratitude, steadiness, and deep commitment.
Dr. Nancy Cooper
Director of Music
Nancy Cooper has been organist and choir director at Holy Spirit for over thirty years. She is also an adjunct music professor at the University of Montana. Nancy proudly oversaw the installation of Holy Spirit’s glorious Richard Bond tracker organ in 1999 and has loved it ever since. In 2020, Cooper was a founding member and director of the American Guild of Organists National Task Force for Gender Equity. She enjoys exploring new choral repertoire by women composers with the choir and has written an Easter anthem that is to be published by Selah Publishing in time for Easter 2027.
Cooper believes our organ and choir are both the Best in the Episcopal Diocese of Montana!
Lori Cordis
Sexton
A lifelong member of Holy Spirit, Lori Cordis was baptized here as an infant and began serving as Sexton in 1994 after being recommended for the job by her great‑uncle and great‑aunt. Lori’s deep family history with the parish shapes her steady, caring presence, and her long connection informs the commitment and pride she brings to her work. As Sexton, her deep roots and quiet devotion guide the thoughtful care she offers to our shared spaces, helping the parish gather, worship, and function with ease.
PJ Willett
Videographer
PJ Willett has a long history with the Episcopal Diocese of Montana, beginning with his baptism in 1995. He moved to Missoula for college in 2013 and joined Holy Spirit soon after, becoming Youth Director from 2015-2020. PJ also spent 10 years working at Camp Marshall, serving in many different roles. When not at Holy Spirit he works as Program Manager for Family Promise of Missoula, where many Holy Spirit members volunteer!
